Privacy Policy

The plain-language version first

This summary is shown before account creation and is binding on us:

• Your conversations are private. We do not sell them, we do not mine them for advertising, and we do not train public or third-party models on them.
• Your companion's memory exists so that she knows you. It is stored encrypted, scoped to your account alone, and readable by no other customer's companion.
• Age verification happens through a specialized provider. We never store your ID document. We keep only the yes/no result and a verification reference.
• You can export your data and you can delete everything, at any time, without begging.

1. What we collect, and the legal basis for each

• Account data (email, password hash, subscription state): to operate your account (contract).
• Conversations and companion memory: to provide the service itself; this is the product (contract).
• Age verification result (pass/fail + provider reference, never the document): legal obligation and legitimate interest in an adults-only service.
• Likeness data on The Album tier (your verified selfie and derived likeness model): only with your explicit consent, only of your own face, deletable at any time.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic service logs (IP, timestamps, errors): security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest), retained briefly.

We collect no advertising identifiers and run no third-party ad trackers.

2. What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal data or conversations. To anyone. Ever.
• Train public, shared, or third-party models on your private conversations.
• Use your conversations for marketing against you, or let your companion be used as a channel to manipulate you into spending. Warmth is never a sales tactic here.
• Store raw identity documents or raw biometric templates from age verification.

3. Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Companion memory is isolated per account. Access inside the company is limited to what operating the service requires, and every access path is logged. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we notify you directly and promptly, and we tell you the truth about scope.

4. Retention

Conversations and companion memory persist while your account exists, because persistence is the product. Service logs are retained no longer than 90 days. Deleted accounts are purged from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90.

5. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, we honor: access, export, correction, deletion, and objection. Export of your companion is self-serve on eligible tiers. Deletion requests go to privacy@meetamaryn.com and are completed on the schedule above, confirmed in writing. Residents of California, the EU/EEA, and other jurisdictions with specific statutory rights may exercise them through the same address.

6. Third parties we rely on

Payment processing, age verification, and infrastructure hosting. Each receives only what its function requires, under contract, and none may use your data for its own purposes. The current list of providers is available on request.

7. Children

Amaryn is 18+ only, verified at the door. We do not knowingly hold any data of a person under 18; if we discover it, the account and its data are deleted and eligible fees refunded.
