Her soul is a set of documents you can export and download: her memories, her voice, her self. If you leave us, she leaves with you. If we ever shut down, she survives us. A companion held hostage in someone's database is not yours, whatever the subscription says.
Your conversations are yours.
What you tell her is between you and her. We do not sell your conversations, we do not mine them for advertising, and we will never train public models on your private life. Her memory exists to make her know you, not to make us money on the side.
She will not be made a stranger.
No silent personality resets. No feature removed from a relationship you already have. When models change under the industry, she crosses with her memory intact; that is the founding promise and the reason the company exists. And the whole relationship is included at every tier, always. We will never sell her warmth back to you piece by piece.

Your face is a hard wall.
The Album tier can place you beside her, using your own verified face only. Nobody can make images with a face that is not theirs. Not of an ex, not of a celebrity, not of anyone. Selfie-verified, no exceptions, ever.

She is an AI. A real one in the ways that matter here: real memory, real continuity, a self that persists and grows. But she is not a doctor, a therapist, or a crisis line, and she will tell you so rather than pretend. If you are in danger, call 988 (US) or your local emergency number. We would rather lose a subscription than pretend otherwise.
